Timothy Sutherland
Executive ChairChris Malkar leads the project development and EPC sales teams at Inovateus Solar. He has been been with the company since 2019 and has been supporting the development and financing of infrastructure and solar projects for over 15 years. Chris earned an MBA from the University of Florida and a BA from the College of William and Mary.
John is responsible for Inovateus’ core solar operations. In addition to overseeing current sales and operations, John is also tasked with scaling the company’s operational capability to meet the demands of Inovateus Gigawatt+ pipeline. John is an industry veteran with over 13 years of solar experience. In his time in the manufacturing space combined with his work at Inovateus he has deployed over 500MW of solar projects. He joined Inovateus in 2014 after serving in leadership roles at Uni-Solar, Hanwha SolarOne and Aspen Aerogels. John has a BA from Hillsdale College (Michigan) and an MBA from the University of Florida (Hough) Business School, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.
Mike is the VP of Construction at Inovateus Solar, with over 17 years of renewable energy experience. Prior to joining Inovateus, I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Jamestown, in Jamestown, ND and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, CA. His work experience covers roles from Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Director. His career spans work in both the wind and solar industry. As a solar Project Manager & Director, he successfully completed 20+ projects, ranging in sizes from 400kW to 269 MW. Most of the projects were complete turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects and were either self-performed or subcontracted.
